Prudential Establishing the Project Office for a project, which involved building a new Stakeholder Pension product for the financial market.

Philips Establishing a Programme Office for the European phase of a Global SAP rollout and the introduction of Enterprise Planning software to manage the overall Programme.

British Library Introducing Programme Management processes to manage the residual number of projects following on from the opening up of the new British Library building at St. Pancras in London.

National Grid Transco Establishing a number of Programme Offices to support different Programmes of work, including infrastructure upgrades, software development for the de-regulation of the gas market and out-sourcing development work to India.

International Power Setting up a Programme Office to manage a number of IT projects, largely around the establishment of a new European Trading Office in the City. The projects were varied and included infrastructure moves, upgrades, complete organisational refresh of desktops, a new development room, a new computer room and the office re-location itself.

Royal Bank Of Scotland Inheritance of a Programme Office from a large external consultancy. Programme involved the planning of the merger of two financial card businesses in Germany into one legal entity. Multiple workstreams and projects involving all the required tasks to merge both businesses and manage a number of complex system integrations.

Department of Work and Pensions Programme Management consultancy, assisting the PMO, to ensure major deliverables were in place for the 'A Day' deadline of April 6, 2005. Programme established a new Pensions Regulator organisation, on behalf of the Department of Work& Pensions.
