establishment of a new European Trading Office in the City. The projects were varied
and included infrastructure moves, upgrades, complete organisational refresh of
desktops, a new development room, a new computer room and the office re-location itself. |

Inheritance of a Programme Office from a large external consultancy. Programme involved
the planning of the merger of two financial card businesses in Germany into one legal entity.
Multiple workstreams and projects involving all the required tasks to merge both businesses and manage a
number of complex system integrations. |

Department of Work and Pensions
Programme Management consultancy, assisting the PMO, to ensure major deliverables
were in place for the 'A Day' deadline of April 6, 2005. Programme established a new
Pensions Regulator organisation, on behalf of the Department of Work& Pensions. |
